Police State: Nevada Clark County Security Assaults Senior to Shut Him Up

Disturbing videos of Mack Miller being physically assaulted by security at a Clark County Commission meeting went viral on Tuesday, Sept 21, 2021.

Looking like two football quarterbacks shoulder-to-shoulder ramming, dragging and tackling Miller, the security guards appear to be at least 30 to 40 years younger than Miller.

Miller, who was at the Clark County Commission meeting to oppose First Amendment violations in regards to speaking out against the censoring resolution, is currently a Nevada Republican Candidate for Lt. Governor.

Miller’s First Amendment Rights were attacked twice (the resolution itself, and his censure to speak out against the resolution), and then his person was assaulted over the course of approximately 40 seconds.

Here is the back story that we found:

Nevada Clark County Government met on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021 for a regular meeting.  The Commission apparently passed a resolution declaring that saying/spreading what they deem to be misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines is considered a public health crisis.

According to the Las Vegas Sun,

The resolution is simply a statement of their position with no enforcement capabilities.

“It’s not an ordinance that enacts a punishment for people who feel differently or speak differently than the board’s message today,” a commission lawyer told the room.

It wasn’t clear if that’s how protesters, who showed up to speak against the item before it was introduced, initially interpreted it. After all, the agenda only said lawmakers were going to “discuss approving a resolution declaring health misinformation a public health crisis; and take any action deemed appropriate.”

For some, that language suggested an infringement of their First Amendment rights, a slippery slope for a “tyrannical” and “communist” government that wants to harm, even “kill,” its citizens via inoculation, they said during public comment.

At the end of a lengthy public comment and short discussion, agenda item 96 passed 5 to 2. Commission Chairwoman Marilyn Kirkpatrick and Commissioner Jim Gibson voted against the resolution.

This video, posted to Twitter by Resist Programming (at 3:28PM on Sept 21, 2021), shows the initial assault of Mack Miller being shoved and pushed by two security guards in Clark County Commission chambers.

This video, posted to Twitter by Big Dan Rodimer (at 3:17AM on Sept 22, 2021), shows Mack Miller being charged/pushed/dragged backwards out into the lobby by the same two security guards with enough force that they not only took Miller to the ground (backwards with Miller’s head hitting the floor), but also took down a metal detector.

Here is a Vimeo of Laura Ingraham covering the story:
