Casper Stands Up for Individual Rights and Freedom while Jackson Demands a State Lock-Down

The surreal times we find ourselves living in are now in the first stages of boldly defining where people stand during this coronavirus-epoch.  This will definitely go down in history as an enormous and pivotal point on many fronts, but primarily – health, economy, AND liberty.  The way we handle this as individuals will have powerful ramifications for generations to come – and most likely the future of our Republic.  Americans are all coming to this same realization at the same time, and we are having to decide as individuals – where do I stand?

.

When Benjamin Franklin exited the Constitutional Convention he was asked by a woman, “Sir, what have you given us?”  His immediate response was, “A Republic Ma’am, if you can keep it.”

Are you social distancing as a choice for your and your family’s health, or are you social distancing because you have been ordered to?  Are you responsible enough to govern yourself or do you require being governed? Do you see our President and Governor as elected leaders who are to protect and uphold constitutional law and provide guidelines accordingly during crisis, or do you view them as Daddy and Granddaddy? Do you require government to step in to protect you from yourself, or are you perfectly mature and responsible enough to act on your own?  Are you an adult or are you a child?  We want to believe that this is where Governor Gordon is coming from by resisting issuing an order of a complete lock-down.

Case in point – both of the following events occurred on the same day in Wyoming:

Apr 9 – Demonstrators gather in Casper park to protest ‘government overreach’
Versus
Apr 9 – Jackson residents petitioning Gordon to revisit stringent ‘stay at home’ request

Here is just a sample of unconstitutional atrocities that our fellow Americans are suffering through – which is exactly what Jackson/Teton County is demanding for all Wyomingites:

Colorado:  Man Cuffed In Front Of Six-Year-Old Daughter For Playing In Park

Pennsylvania:  Police State Chaos: Man Dragged Off Philly Bus for Not Wearing Mask

Mississippi:  Police Fine Christians $500 For Listening to Sermons While Parked in Their Cars

California:  Malibu paddleboarder arrested for violating stay-at-home order

Florida:  Mike Huckabee, neighbors sue Fla officials over ordinance threatening ‘arrest’ for using their ‘own backyards’

And here is one SHINING EXAMPLE of a Kentucky federal judge, Justice Justin R Walker, protecting and upholding the First Amendment of Constitutional Law for citizens who wanted to attend church from their cars: Federal Judge Issues Restraining Order Against Kentucky City and Police Attempting to Block Easter Worship

We applaud the members of ‘On Fire’ Louisville, Kentucky church for demanding justice, and we applaud Justice Justin R Walker for serving it properly!  This is how its suppose to be done folks.

With most of our employers &/or businesses shut-down by government, the majority of us are at home – wondering how we’re going to pay our bills, and following the news… being blasted by the media with multiple layers of ‘breaking news’ that run from fact to fake and everything in between.

Below we offer a video that we believe is the healthiest baseline from which to consume discern the news and to rationally and responsibly process and respond to government actions (local, state and national) that are taking place today.  The video is only 7 minutes long and so you most likely have the time to watch it.  Chances are you will be inspired to share this with others, and feel inclined to use it when you home-school your kids or call/Skype your grandchildren this coming week – which we hope you do.
