WY Senator-elect Lummis Joins U.S. Senators Joint Call for Election Audit; Barrasso & Cheney Updates

WY Senator-elect Cynthia Lummis pulled through for Wyomingites and courageously added her name to the Joint Statement of U.S. Senators calling for an Election Commission 10-Day Emergency Audit.  If you would like to send a thank you to Senator Lummis, you can do so via https://www.lummis.senate.gov

At the very least, some of the shame has been reduced that Wyomingites have had to bear for lack of fundamental Representation by Barrasso, Enzi and Cheney (more on them below).

Press Release from the Office of Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX):

Joint Statement from Senators Cruz, Johnson, Lankford, Daines, Kennedy, Blackburn, Braun, Senators-Elect Lummis, Marshall, Hagerty, Tuberville

January 2, 2021  |  202-228-7561

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), James Lankford (R-Okla.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), and Mike Braun (R-Ind.), and Senators-Elect Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.), and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) issued the following statement in advance of the Electoral College certification process on January 6, 2021:

“America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law.

“When the voters fairly decide an election, pursuant to the rule of law, the losing candidate should acknowledge and respect the legitimacy of that election. And, if the voters choose to elect a new office-holder, our Nation should have a peaceful transfer of power.

“The election of 2020, like the election of 2016, was hard fought and, in many swing states, narrowly decided. The 2020 election, however, featured unprecedented allegations of voter fraud, violations and lax enforcement of election law, and other voting irregularities.

“Voter fraud has posed a persistent challenge in our elections, although its breadth and scope are disputed. By any measure, the allegations of fraud and irregularities in the 2020 election exceed any in our lifetimes.

“And those allegations are not believed just by one individual candidate. Instead, they are widespread. Reuters/Ipsos polling, tragically, shows that 39% of Americans believe ‘the election was rigged.’ That belief is held by Republicans (67%), Democrats (17%), and Independents (31%).

“Some Members of Congress disagree with that assessment, as do many members of the media.

“But, whether or not our elected officials or journalists believe it, that deep distrust of our democratic processes will not magically disappear. It should concern us all. And it poses an ongoing threat to the legitimacy of any subsequent administrations.

“Ideally, the courts would have heard evidence and resolved these claims of serious election fraud. Twice, the Supreme Court had the opportunity to do so; twice, the Court declined.

“On January 6, it is incumbent on Congress to vote on whether to certify the 2020 election results. That vote is the lone constitutional power remaining to consider and force resolution of the multiple allegations of serious voter fraud.

“At that quadrennial joint session, there is long precedent of Democratic Members of Congress raising objections to presidential election results, as they did in 1969, 2001, 2005, and 2017. And, in both 1969 and 2005, a Democratic Senator joined with a Democratic House Member in forcing votes in both houses on whether to accept the presidential electors being challenged.

“The most direct precedent on this question arose in 1877, following serious allegations of fraud and illegal conduct in the Hayes-Tilden presidential race. Specifically, the elections in three states-Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina-were alleged to have been conducted illegally.

“In 1877, Congress did not ignore those allegations, nor did the media simply dismiss those raising them as radicals trying to undermine democracy. Instead, Congress appointed an Electoral Commission-consisting of five Senators, five House Members, and five Supreme Court Justices-to consider and resolve the disputed returns.

“We should follow that precedent. To wit, Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed.

“Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified’ (the statutory requisite), unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed.

“We are not naïve. We fully expect most if not all Democrats, and perhaps more than a few Republicans, to vote otherwise. But support of election integrity should not be a partisan issue. A fair and credible audit-conducted expeditiously and completed well before January 20-would dramatically improve Americans’ faith in our electoral process and would significantly enhance the legitimacy of whoever becomes our next President. We owe that to the People.

“These are matters worthy of the Congress, and entrusted to us to defend. We do not take this action lightly. We are acting not to thwart the democratic process, but rather to protect it. And every one of us should act together to ensure that the election was lawfully conducted under the Constitution and to do everything we can to restore faith in our Democracy.”

Senator Barrasso and Representative Cheney should continue to be hounded and shamed, relentlessly, by every last Wyomingite who they have flagrantly turned their backs on.  Wyomingites should note that both Barrasso & Cheney have several offices throughout the state of Wyoming – Casper, Cheyenne, Gillette, Riverton, Rock Springs and Sheridan.  For any groups of citizens that feel compelled to protest these Constitutional Oath-Breakers, you do not have to travel all the way to Cheyenne to do that – form your own local groups and make a stand outside any, or all, of their office buildings!  All office locations are listed below.

WY Senator John Barrasso:

We’ve never been fans of John Barrasso.  Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, and after completing his residency at Yale, Barrasso and his former wife (Linda Nix) moved to Wyoming in 1983 to begin his medical career with a private orthopedic practice.  Merely two years after moving to WY however, Barrasso and his wife suddenly became politically connected when both became key members of the Wyoming Futures Project (WFP) – a four year enterprise that led to a central-planning agenda of Wyoming’s economy and the creation of the money-sucking WY Business Council and WY Office of Tourism.  Barrasso served on the Roundtable on Ranching & Agriculture, and his wife served as the Project Coordinator for the WFP.   John Barrasso, his former wife, and his current wife (Bobbie Brown) were participants of the 1986 GOVERNOR’S CONFERENCE ON VENTURE CAPITAL, which was hosted by Governor Ed Herschler, the Wyoming Futures Project, the Economic Development and Stabilization Board, the Wyoming Bankers Association and the Wyoming AFL-CIO.

Later, Barrasso served in the WY State Senate from 2002 to 2007; one year into his second term he was appointed to the United States Senate by Governor Freudenthal to replace Senator Craig Thomas who passed away in June 2007.  Since then, Barrasso has retained his U.S. Senate seat partly because of name recognition and partly because of Wyoming deep-staters that continue to run and fund his campaigns.

Additionally, we believe that Barrasso’s involvement in the WFP was key to his political connections and later political career.  It’s important to remember that Barrasso’s segue into the U.S. Senate was not your average Wyomingite’s idea, but rather an appointment by the Republican Central Committee at that time and Governor Freudenthal, whom also had a been a member of the WFP.

For as long as he has served in a governmental capacity there is not one positive action that any of us can recall him doing that benefited all Wyomingites.

And now:

What a worm.

It is important to note the votes cast by Wyomingites in the last three general elections to demonstrate the obvious overlap in voters between President Trump and Senator Barrasso:

Trump 2016 General Election       174,419 total Wyoming votes
Barrasso 2018 General Election   136,210 total Wyoming votes
Trump 2020 General Election      193,559 total Wyoming votes

*Election results from WY Secretary of State

Clearly, it is almost certain that every Wyomingite that voted for Barrasso in 2018 is also a Trump voter.  Thus, it is almost certain that Senator Barrasso has chosen to blatantly ignore historical election fraud and blow off every single one of his Wyoming voters – in exchange for his purposeful decision to represent the D.C. elite deep state instead.  WE PRAY THERE ARE WYOMINGITES OUT THERE CONTEMPLATING A RUN AGAINST BARRASSO IN 2024.

All contact info we have found, or amassed over the years, for Senator Barrasso is below- we are uncertain if all of these numbers are current, but they are well-worth trying to put the pressure on Barrasso to man-up and honor his Oath of Office.

WY House Representative Liz Cheney:

We blogged much of our thoughts about Liz back in November – LIZ GOES FOX – ABANDONS WY VOTERS.  Here is some of what we said:

Have Wyomingites had enough of this out-of-state charlatan masquerading as their political representation on the national stage?

Just a little over 2 weeks ago Liz published placating words for us underlings… “Every legal vote must be counted. No illegal votes should be counted. The counting process must be transparent, and observers must have access. It’s the responsibility of the courts to apply the laws to resolve disputes. These things are necessary so that all Americans can have confidence in our election process.”

But now sanctimonious Never-Trumper Liz says,

“America is governed by the rule of law. The President and his lawyers have made claims of criminality and widespread fraud, which they allege could impact election results… If they have genuine evidence of this, they are obligated to present it immediately in court and to the American people.

“I understand that the President has filed more than thirty separate lawsuits. If he is unsatisfied with the results in those lawsuits, then the appropriate avenue is to appeal,” she added. “If the President cannot prove these claims or demonstrate that they would change the election result, he should fulfill his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States by respecting the sanctity of our electoral process.”

Of course Liz knows that the Judiciary Branch has abandoned our U.S. Constitution and every U.S. Citizen by denying President Trump the opportunity to prove election fraud in any court.  Does she really believe that we will forget that she abandoned us Wyoming Voters as well?!  WE PRAY THERE ARE WYOMINGITES OUT THERE CONTEMPLATING A RUN AGAINST LIZ IN 2022.

Additionally, it is important to note the votes cast by Wyomingites in the last three general elections to demonstrate the obvious overlap in voters between President Trump and Representative Cheney:

Trump 2016 General Election      174,419 total Wyoming votes
Cheney 2016 General Election     156,176 total Wyoming votes

Cheney 2018 General Election     127,963 total Wyoming votes

Trump 2020 General Election      193,559 total Wyoming votes
Cheney 2020 General Election     185,732 total Wyoming votes

*Election results from
WY Secretary of State

Clearly, it is almost certain that every Wyomingite that voted for Cheney in 2016, 2018 and 2020 is also a Trump voter.  Thus, it is also almost certain that Representative Cheney has chosen to blatantly ignore historical election fraud and blow off every single one of her Wyoming voters – in exchange for her purposeful decision to represent the D.C. elite deep state instead.
